Not being the first time I applied for a loan I was not looking forward to the slow long drawn out process of applying. Ryan made it easy and even came to my house to pickup the paper work for the application. He gave me progress updates so that I would be aware of where the application was in the timeline. Rain made it effortless and always kept me in the loop about changes and new requirements for the VA application.

I was shopping with a several lenders, and Albert stood out above the rest! My first call with Albert ended up being almost 2 hours long, and we've since have many interactions throughout the loan process. He's incredibly knowledgeable, has a genuine passion for real estate lending and helping his clients get the best product for their needs. He took the time to listen and understand my goals: I'm in the market for a new home for my family and also looking for investments. He presented several loan options using an app which allows me to see different scenarios and walked through everything with me to make sure I understood my options. Mortgages can be overwhelming, but he was really effective in breaking it down using some nifty mortgage tools which allowed me to see comparisons and updates in real-time. When I shared some competitive offers, he really helped me dissect it and showed me how identify the the tactics a lot of lenders use in simply selling rates covered up by discount costs. I learned a lot throughout the process and came out confident in my tough decision of selecting the right loan product. When it came to putting in the offer, he was very proactive in collaborating with my buyer's agent and reaching out to the seller's agent to prime my positioning to go in on a couple homes with a lot of competing buyers. He's a seasoned, veteran lender with a lot of foresight, thinking clear to the end about possibly risks which may cause delays in the timing and has a mitigation plan for everything - incredibly effective at moving the loans quickly. I've had a previous experience where the bureaucracy and inefficiencies of previous lenders resulted in weeks of delays, and I had to intervene to push the underwriter and had to put my life plans in limbo in the process. So I've learn to appreciate speed in the loan process, something a lot of consumers take for granted. I highly recommend Albert and will definitely be using him for my future real estate financing.

Gary works for a broker who makes their own loans, so the process is much smoother than working with a broker who works with multiple lenders. The rates Gary offered were competitive, and even lower than what Kern Schools quoted us. Prior to the process, Gary helped us improve our credit score in order to qualify.
