Dan Perez was friendly from start to finish and fully explained everything that they were going to do. Anytime I had a question he was there to answer my calls or emails. For this being my first home purchase I feel so fortunate to have Dan as my lending agent. Him and his team worked so fast to push my loan through that it was only 3 weeks before I was able to get the keys to my new home. He went above and beyond my expectations guiding me the whole way.

Mitch and his team helped us out to finish out loan when the previous lender denied for reasons that were not valid based on the appraisal. They finished the process in 2 weeks so we could still have the same closing date. They answered our questions quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. Very helpful and worked quickly when we really needed it.
