Very knowledgeable with a loan process and has alot of patience when asking him questions and explaining them clearly so a customer can make an informative decision. When I called he answers the phone and if not available calls you back wi th h in a reasonable time. Very important especially with my hectic schedule. I definitely will send family and friends to Joel.
