Anytime we had a question, which was Always, we would text or e-mail and we knew we were going to get the answer we needed. Daytime, nighttime, weekends, when ever. This is our 2nd loan through New American, and that's because of the 1st loan and having Cheryl walk us through the process. Customer service! Great Customer service ??????
