Kamie responded to my questions very quickly. She answered everything fully. She walked us through the transaction even though neither we nor the seller had a realtor. This made her job more difficult, but she was always very patient with us. She updated us on delays and potential road blocks outside of her control along the way, but made sure we closed on time.

Joy is such an amazing person! She was there for us, walking us through all of the steps in the loan process. There were a few bumps along the way (nothing that was in anyone's control), but she was there to make sure everything was taken care of and that it would all move along smoothly.

Mr. Brian was highly recommended by my realtor who was awesome! Mr. Brian made our process very understanding and smooth very thankful that he took the time to explain the process and got us and the level to qualify for our home there was no hidden fees or unexplained amounts.
