Sandy is such a great communicator, not only in frequency but also in explaining all of the steps in the process. My loan was a challenge in that I left for a 2 week out of country vacation (no internet/cell service) just days after initiating the loan. Sandy anticipated everything she would need while I was gone, so I was able to provide the info before I left. She didn't miss one thing, and my loan had final approval well before the closing date!

Steve is very good about communicating what is needed to make the loan process go smoothly. Always willing to answer questions and help in any way he can. We used a usda loan and had no hiccups. Buying our house went as smooth as it could possibly go. This is the third time I've come to Steve and can't imagine going to anyone else. I'D HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM!!
