Dave was enthusiastic, efficient, and patient with our calls and questions. We established a level of trust early on in our dealings, and at no time felt "rushed" into signing with Guild. His turn-around re: getting back with info, answers, and/or directions was on point, he was knowledgeable, gave accurate information, and was a great listener! He asked what was most important to us, our goal and reason for refinancing; we told him, he listened, he delivered!
