David was fantastic! I have been in the real estate arena for over 30 years and have never been so impressed..he knows his product, always picked up the phone and was a positive and fun guy thru the whole transaction (it got a little dicey at one point). Mitch made a complicated loan process completely transparent. He walked us through each step, gave great advice, and was always available to answer any questions. The calls he put in on our behalf to sellers helped seal the deal on our purchase. If we ever need another home loan in the future we will definitely go back to Mitch.
