The communication and advice Liz provided was exactly what I needed to hear, but with a touch of finesse. She made it easy for me to see what my monthly commitment would be through the process so there were no surprises. Thanks to her and her team, I am a Veteran single mom homeowner with ample space for my kids to play and grow and yet can still afford to live! The process was very streamlined and the team was very responsive. During the closing process some issues came up and they were able to resolve them quickly and close on the property in the same time frame.
