From the very beginning, Joseph was remarkable. He not only sold us on the New American aspect but he followed through with it. We couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated. From beginning to end, I was informed of the entire process. I was never confused and always knew what to expect. He always answered the phone and email on a timely matter and made sure my husband and I are happy throughout the transaction.
