Jonathan is truly on top of the entire loan process. His coordination between all the various parties involved (buyer, seller, real estate agents, underwriters, insurance agents, etc.) is timely and to the point. He keeps things moving from the original loan application to the final approval. He is excellent at answering all questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone needing a real estate loan. He is truly an outstanding Loan Consultant.

His obvious confidence and his knowledge gave us confidence that we were at the right place, and neither Greg nor anyone else there that we dealt with disappointed. We were first-time buyers and so we were not familiar with the procedure, all of our questions and concerns were addressed and anytime we reached out, responses came quickly. We are more than satisfied.
