My husband and I were amazed with the quality of service we received from Dan Keller and his team. They made the entire process of home buying feel like a walk in the park. Not once did we feel pressured or stressed. Dan took the time to explain the process step by step and was available whenever we had any questions. He took the time to explain to us about the market and gave us budgeting advice to ensure we were comfortable with a our mortgage. I would highly recommended working with Dan.

Zack, was always friendly and patient with us as he explained in detail and in a way we undestood any question or concern we'd had. Even to the end when the loan was done, he contacted us to congratulate us and to ket us know that the outcome. We really appreciated him, more importantly the way he seems to care about what we say.

Bart went over and above to help me with refinancing my home. It was very difficult because of all my outstanding debts but after all his hard work and pushing for me he finally got the loan approved. He was absolutely the GREATEST!!!! The only hiccup was that I had to actually resign a second time which delayed me receiving my funds. That was NO FAULT of Bart though. THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH NORTH AMERICAN
