Joy is always available when you have question-nights, weekends, even holidays! She is so responsive during the process as she has answers for any question you might have. More than that, you feel like Joy is working hard for you and on your side, and that is a comforting and awesome thing to have in your relationship with your loan officer.

New American Funding was wonderful and we had encounter some problems. But I recommend that you change Title Companies because they wired the wrong amounts out to my prior mortgage company and wrong amount to me, now I have to wait 30 days to get the money back. Also, the title company said there was nothing they could do, but I know in fact that they could of call the wire room at the bank and asked for a wire to be returned. They just "i am sorry I made a mistake", which is not good enough.
