Working with Rochelle was great - she was flexible with timing (I was doing most of the work in the evenings/weekends), she was responsive, she was clear about the process, and everything went smoothly. Closing fell through and was postponed ~1 week, and there were no issues adapting to the new timing. Overall, it was a great experience.
