Ethan closed and funded my loan within 24 days! By far Ethan was the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I have come across. Ethan never promised something that he didn’t deliver, moreover, he exceeded any and all expectations. I found lower interest rates elsewhere but those other loan agent failed to explain how points, loan fees and escrow accounts work, Ethan educated me before I even knew to ask about these. Ethan is my family and I loan officer for life.
