He was very personable and likable in his professionalism; not once did I hear him sigh when I contacted him for the millionth nervous time; he always had our answers and knew how to calm us. He answered our questions and emphasized and provided his availability, demonstrating with prompt call backs, but -- answering WHEN we called, rather that us having to leave a message. Don't know how... Yes I would encourage anyone dealing with NAF to ask for Shawn. "Shawn shines, and shone, for sure"!
