The process was relatively flawless. It took more backup then we had anticipated but I suppose that is the way loans are handled these days. Steve was and is very responsive and looks out for the customer.

Kirt and Amy were very helpful throughout the whole process. Both were very personable yet professional to ensure we met our commitment deadlines. They both were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we met our closing date, which was very important for our family since we asked friends and family to take time out of their schedules to help us move the day after closing. The rate I received was better than expected. I'd highly recommend to friends and family.
