From my first conversation with Steven Day where I conveyed my desires for the type of loan we were seeking, as well as some concerns and misgivings associated with the process, he always told me the truth. He was prompt and had answers to all the questions we had. He took time to explain all the costs and suggested alternatives to save money e.g. home owner insurance.
