Joseph Uhm was great from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, responsive and an overall pleasure to work with in refinancing our home loan. The constant updates as what was happening with our loan. John is very personal and an excellent conversationlist in explaining what was happening and what we needed to do to close our loan on time. Our loan closed with no problems and we are happy that John was our loan officer.
