Ana went out of her way to help me through the process and she answered all the questions that I had along the way (first time home buyer, so many questions). I was stationed in Hawaii before moving to San Diego, she was extremely accommodating of the time change and even answered my calls during the night at home (when I got off work). She was far more understanding and willing to work with us than a "military" specific credit union and offered better customer service and overall experience.

Charles got the job done! Charles was honest and told me what I needed to do in order to get the loan at the right number.
