Brad worked with me when I thought it would not be possible. I have heard horror stories of how terrible purchasing a house can be, especially as you get closer to closing. While I felt anxiety about being approved, I never felt stressed or anxious through the process. I can't thank Brad enough for all of his work and putting up with my 2000 emails.

Despite the crazy demands of the underwriter and loan processer David kept constant communication and stayed professional. I would never want to go through the process of a jumbo re-fi again. David made it bearable. That process needs to be made better. Thanks to David we endured.
