If I had a beautiful voice I would sing from the rooftops about how awesome Nasseem is. I had gone through a pretty miserable experience last year with a different refi company, I was pretty jaded at the start of this process. Nasseem was calming and reassuring every step of the way. He answered my emails extremely quick, and explained every step of the process as it happened. He conducted himself with honesty and integrity; something I will never forget.

Derek Puzio was ABSOLUTELY a great professional to work with !! He took great care of a mutual client that we both represented, with the utmost care. He would be working on the file at all hours of the night and I am surprised if he slept at all - very first rate service !!! I wish all loan officers answered their calls whenever I called. The closing took a little longer than expected; but that was out of Toby Control. Toby was easy to work with and explained everything as we went through the process of obtaining a loan and closing on the house.
