Knowledgeable about your products. Worked with my realtor very well. Follow up was appreciated. I never felt rushed. He should be promoted or get a pay raise.

Cheri was very good at keeping abreast with the process of my loan. The processor however, H. Doun, wasn't so good. But, Cheri kept on him. There was a point where Cheri had been off for a few days and no one answered her messages. I finally called the operator to transfer me to anyone else and they were able to assist me. Other than that Cheri was great.

Todd was willing to answer every question I had and explain the process in terms I could understand. He also gave great advice when there were multiple options of direction to go and never pressured me to make a decision I didn't feel comfortable with. I was always able to get in contact with him and he was never put off by me simply showing up at his office. Great service and a great experience all around!
