Olimpia always went above and beyond to help me. I work alot, so anyway she could help, whether meeting me for papers, printing documents for me, answering my questions even late at night...she was always there...when I felt frustrated and uneasy about the whole process, she always said "WE will get through this"...i never felt alone. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She's an amazing woman!

Alex was very patient with us and explained things multiple times even though he had already explained them to us. Sometimes we would forget or get confused and Alex would always clarify what was going on and what where we stood in the process.
