All the steps were explained to me so that I was able to understand them. My Specialist was patient with me as I did most of my responses via Computer. As my Specialist had advised me, all the charges were the same figures as at closing. Each step of the process, I was notified of where I was, leaving no guessing of what was going on and the process was very timely.

David's level of expertise and preparedness was excellent. Even on the initial phone call it was obvious that David did research and had facts ready to help us.
