When we originally started the refinance we were happy but the waiting was just overwhelming and it just went downhill from there. On waiting for stuff to be removed from credit report, had to pay for closing costs cause our scores went down. I was advised not to pay my mortgage payment and Gail the processor does not communicate well and was not very polite. Neil was friendly and helped us out alot and great communication.
