Mike and his team made the entire process a great experience. The communication from them and accessibility of information was a great asset to have in being able to get all the documents and needed information not only to them but working to clear up any issues or working thru the requests for more information. Working with Mike and Amy (I know there were others in the background doing all kinds of support work) was fantastic. I would highly recommend working with this group of people.

Our experience with Charity was great. She made a difficult process easier for us. Her repsonse time was quick and she was always willing to any the numerous questions we had. Charity followed up relentlessly to get our loan completed in time for us to move in.
