Jacob and his team's responsiveness, the ability to request the exact documentation they required for processing and the ability to have the transaction completed in just a few weeks. With other companies in the past, it has taken months. He provides personal service even in the evenings or weekends if we had questions. Our experience with Chris, Donnie, and Liesa was made GREAT because they have amazing diligence to make sure we got the keys to our house.
