She was easy to talk too. Answered all questions. Always called me when I asked. Explained everything to me about the refinance. Really made a big difference in my mortgages payments. Kate was always emailing me for reminders as I work in a very fast pace invironment. she understood if I had to get off the phone for a conference call. Bottom line.
