While I had to supply many, many documents during the process, I felt that the process was fair, thorough, and professional. Both Sean and Alex help me a great deal in understanding interest rates and issues that affected the interest-rate. Additionally, I was always kept in the loop as to how my loan was progressing and what steps we needed to go forth. I'll documents for the clothes were in order. There were no issues. And both Shawn and Alex were great to work with.

There was a lot of complicated stuff happening and for a first time homebuyer it was really confusing but Brenda was always available to answer questions and make us feel comfortable.
