Every interaction we had with Mike and his team was easy and clear. This was our first home buying experience and there's a lot of paperwork and numbers that can get overwhelming at face value. That being said, at no point did we feel uncomfortable or confused. Mike as well as his team were very good at staying in touch and answering our questions (even for the second or third time!). I highly recommend New American Funding - they have a good reputation which also helps to get under contract.

Steven was quick to respond to all of my calls and text messages. I was pleasantly surprised we were able to finish refinancing in 18 days. The only frustrating was the esignature process from the company. Steven promptly switched us to a DocuSign account and it worked perfectly. Thank you steven.

Daniel Estrada and his team's service was more than I could have asked for. The constant communication between the team and myself made the overwhelming home buying experience a breeze and made us feel like we were all in this together. Every step of the way they were there informing and educating us on where we were at in the loan process. I couldn't imagine buying a house without a team like Daniel's behind me now that I know what all it takes when purchasing a home and I highly recommend!
