To use my husband's words, this was the best refi experience we have had. Dylan was friendly, easy to talk to and responsive to questions. He explained all our options well. He kept us informed as to where in the process our loan was. Each time it moved on to the next step we received an email. No guessing. We liked being able to upload documents he needed and to esign documents that needed a signature from us. What a time saver. Thanks for all your help Dylan.

Kevin and his entire team listened to our needs and did everything they could to meet them. When the seller agreed to pay 3% in closing, Sassy and Kevin made sure that all those funds were used. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable through out the process.

Joel took the time to break the whole process down, explain everything in complete detail, had a great response time to any of my emails, he made refinancing my house a breeze. I couldn't be happier.
