My experience with Rebecca and the whole team was fantastic! As a first time home buyer, I had no experience or idea what I was doing! LOL! But, Rebecca literally broke things down for us, step by step and anytime I was stressed or frustrated, she was an email/text away. She was always VERY prompt in responding to me and answered ALL of our questions and was, in my opinion, the best part of this process. She made it as seamless and painless as possible!

Jay and his team made the whole process simple. Everything except the actual signing was done online and required very little effort on my part and was done without mailing reams of paper back and forth. They took full advantage of today's electronic connectivity to make the whole process almost automatic. Jay provided information about the loan instantly on our first phone call. I compare that with another lender who took 3 days to get the same information back to me.
