Dan was so very informative from the beginning, and made me feel comfortable with no pressure straight out of the gate. Typically I would have not spent the time speaking with anyone, but his pleasant way made me feel comfortable, and I feel you need to feel as though you can trust the person on the other end of the phone when dealing with a call about applying for a loan. He was also always there to help me with questions even after he turned my loan over to another agent for processing.
