Karo and team were great from beginning to end. Karo provided a level of personal attention that made this "first time home buyer" experience very comfortable. He gently walked us through each step of the loan process and made sure we fully understood everything along the way. His communication was exemplary. Mr. Tavoli & Ms. Davis were absolutely great. There were knowledgeable, professional, always courteous, personable and communicated with us in excellent fashion.
