Brent was extremely responsive and Dillon was fast and easy to work with as well. Brent was willing to communicate in off hours and answer questions and concerns that he wasn't required to. He completely supported me through this and was kind in his communication and support around me being 8.5 months pregnant and getting this done quickly.
