Jason was extremely helpful in explaining how debt to income ratio is more important than just a good credit score when it comes to home buying. His team walked me through the entire financial process and handled almost everything when it came to paperwork. Would for sure recommend.

We already had a go to for our Mortgage needs I went with New American Funding only because I was blown away by Kash after a 5 minute chat at 6am Sunday morning. I called in after hearing the broadcast on the radio. I have been in the Real Estate/Finance Industry for 30+ years so I am not an easy sell. Kash knew some things I did not, he schooled me and that is rare, and refreshing. If you need a loan I promise you he is your guy. A painless, pretty fast process, and you can't beat their loan programs.
