Michael Garcia is very kind and down to earth broker. As a first time home buyer from the start of my mortgage loan to closing date he always communicate and update me the process. He did the best he can to help me out with the closing cost. Because of his kindness and hard work It only took five weeks for me to buy a house. Thank you so much for his team. Robert was able to explain clearly the process of refinancing. His availability is to be commended. The entire process was great, everything was electronically - which allowed my set schedule to be minimally interrupted. Michelle was always efficient.
