Jay really hit it out of the park for us on a loan many other mortgage brokers said they would not touch. And every time a challenge or problem came up during the process, he always had multiple solutions. Getting a mortgage is not a fun process, but having someone like Jay on my side gave me the confidence to know that we'd get there successfully.
