Dave was very responsive to all our requests. His was very prompt in replying to all emails and phone calls. Great personality. He reached out to our real estate agent, title company etc. if he needed any information, which avoided delay in processing. He quoted a rate and closing costs to the dot. How did you do that man!. These days customer service is totally optional, but with Dave you can totally expect it. Dave, thanks a lot for all your help. keep up with the good work.
