I communicated and met with Steve Schauer and he was able to EDUCATE me on the different loan types, what would possibly work best for my family's situation, and also he gave me the pros and cons of taking down payment assistance (DPA) funds and having to refinance post-purchase 6 months down the road. Steve and his team (Kami, Molly, and especially Justiel Hawkins and the team's loan processor, Neliza Rufo) were all wonderful to work with from beginning to closing.
