Our experience with Jason was great! However, our experience with other departments involved in the the process was not. We encountered many issues when trying to close that had nothing to do with us, the information we were required to provide, or our responsiveness. We ended up having to delay our closing by a day, and then again by a couple hours due to different departments dropping the ball. It caused us great inconvenience.

Right from the beginning of the process, Patrick was easily the most helpful bank representative that I came into contact with. When I first started calling banks regarding getting a mortgage, and the process that came along with it, Patrick answered all my questions in a really friendly way. I feel like he went above and beyond in order to help, and it certainly played a role in why I chose his bank. His helpfulness continued even after I chose his company to fund my mortgage.
