Kash was and is knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He kept me informed even while I was dragging my feet. He never pressured and always offered help. The only drawback came when he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I answered. "Wash my pickup." But he declined. I guess even courtesy has it's limits.

Mitch is a friendly and understanding person. He is always willing to take the time to explain any and every thing you might be confused about band/or not fully understand. He also goes out of his way to try and get you everything you ask for. Overall it was a great experience.
