My experience, was something I think was uncommon. I have never actually experienced a relationship with someone just over the phone, that was so trustworthy and personal, like she was a friend at heart. From the very first time I had talked to her she offered over and beyond what the normal person in her field wouldn't do. From explanations to advice for my well being and peace of mind. After my loan fell through with quicken loans I got a call from Jackie and she saved my house. She got everything back on track answered all my questions day or night. Mary made it it great. When no one else would listen to me begging for help. All I kept getting was your I come to debt ratio was to high. I knew that that is why I was trying to refinance. Mary was the only one who listened and cared and tried to help. And she did. Mary was very compassionate with my situation. There were obstacles along the way and Mary was there with a solution every time. I will always be grateful to her. She has given me hope in what was a very grim financial
