Steve is master and commander. Experienced. Efficient. Available. Transparent. Trustworthy. I really really feel that he has the clients best interest at heart over what's in it for him. Getting the best rate etc is great but it's the service, the intent, and the aforementioned qualities that make me want to do business with him, again and again.

Shane made this difficult process seem easy. He also helped me with advice regarding the handling of very deep rooted billing issues with PHH Mortgage. He was always extremely professional and helpful. Shane showed great patience with me, as it was difficult for me to return phone calls and emails due to my working nights. I was usually asleep when he would attempt to reach me, and I could only return emails at work, between midnight and 08:00 et. Thanks so much, Shane.
