Dan Bui made the refinancing extremely easy, he walked me through the online system step by step when I needed help... the break down of what was needed and kept me up to date with the entire process.. I'm Vet, I had a VA loan, I one thing I never heard was " oh its a VA loan ".. Agent's complain that its a longer process because VA is more stringent with their requirements and paperwork details.. not once did I hear Dan say anything about this.. It was a smooth processes.. thanks Dan

Kerry has been wonderful to work with! He has been honest and upfront! He communicated all aspects of our journey with getting prequalified and then the final product of buying our house! He actually cares and doesn't make you feel like just a number. Overall the experience had its ups and downs but he was always positive when I wasn't. Can not say enough good things!
