My refinance was challenging because it included a former spouse on the old note. The bank I had my loan with wouldn't even speak to me about a refinance, even though my credit is good. Thomas listened to my crazy story, asked questions, and went out of his way to make the process as smooth as he could. I know that if he had not gone to bat for me with the underwriters I may have never gotten my ex off the mortgage. Oh my gosh, in my eyes Thomas needs to wear a big "S" on his chest !

I had a fantastic experience with Derek. He worked around the clock to ensure my loan was on track. He truly made me feel like my loan was the only loan he was working on. I myself used to be in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer, and I must say, Derek even taught me a few new things. He really knows his stuff. If I called him at 7:00 a.m. or 10:00 p.m. he would answer my call. Derek even attended my closing at my realtors office and gave me a housewarming gift basket. Thank you Derek!
