Nick was always there when I needed him whether it came to reviewing documents from the agent, answering questions on timing, confirming information or just advice. I am a very independent individual and like to do a lot of my own research and Nick worked very well with me. Never felt like I was overstepping or doing too much. He never hounded me from the beginning, it was the perfect amount of contact for me and my personality. Absolutely great - start to finish!
