I had very many obstacles on the three homes I tried to purchase due to them not meeting FHA specifications. On the fourth one it was like we were finally home. Toby was wonderful, very professional but a down to earth guy, a shoulder to lean on. Every set back he was there to answer questions and guide me through the process of buying my home. I give him all the praise and credit for a job very well done making it happen for my family and me.
