We simply make a call to Kevin and he makes our request happen. We always come to Kevin because of his expertise and knowledge. This particular transaction was smooth, easy and very fast. I was in shock when they said it is time to sign. I have friends in the industry who have said they would like to handle my Re-Fi, but I still go to Kevin.
